George Cray is a Co-Founder and CEO of GCH Technologies, bringing over 35 years of experience in telecommunications. He has a proven track record of driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and leading business growth in the telecom industry.
Industry Experience
George began his career at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and progressed through roles in engineering, product line management, and sales. He has held leadership positions at Bellcore/Telcordia, JDS Uniphase (now Viavi Solutions), and iconectiv, shaping key industry solutions. His expertise spans software development, service delivery, and business unit leadership.
Background & Education
George holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers University. He also serves as a board member of the SIP Forum, actively influencing the future of telecommunications standards.

Cliff Holsenbeck is a Co-Founder and COO of GCH Technologies, with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and mobile messaging. His leadership drives innovation in messaging solutions, fostering industry-wide relationships and spearheading advancements in wireless technology.
Industry Experience
Cliff has held key leadership roles in the messaging industry, developing strategies for major telecom stakeholders, including mobile network operators, service providers, and aggregators. His expertise spans SMS, MMS, A2P, P2P, Short Codes, 10DLC, and Rich Business Messaging, contributing to transformative industry solutions.
Background & Education
With a strong foundation in both technical and business domains, Cliff successfully merged engineering knowledge with strategic leadership. Cliff holds a BS from Valdosta State University.
Role at GCH Technologies
Greg Osterhout is the CTO of GCH Technologies, bringing over 25 years of telecommunications engineering experience to drive technical innovation and oversee software & applications development. His leadership combines wireless industry expertise with executive vision to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Industry Experience
Greg began his career at Nortel Networks, contributing to SIP protocol technologies that became foundational to GSMA standards and modern wireless connectivity. He has held technical leadership roles across enterprise, carrier, government, and wireless solution domains, with his architectural contributions to key telecommunications infrastructure remaining in active service today.
Background & Education
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He has been granted 11 US patents and 3 European patents, with over 20 technical disclosures published. His technical expertise encompasses Wireless/Wireline Core networks, RAN & Transport Network Solutions, 5G & Private LTE implementations, RF engineering, P2P & A2P messaging and UCaaS.
