The Opportunity:
We’re a dynamic startup simultaneously developing three innovative products, and we need a skilled Program Manager to ensure seamless coordination and execution. This role offers the rare opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, influence product strategy, and build scalable processes from the ground up.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Drive Program Excellence: Lead coordination across three concurrent product development initiatives, ensuring alignment, timeline adherence, and successful delivery
- Master Meeting Management: Facilitate productive meetings, capture actionable insights, establish clear deliverables, and maintain accountability across all stakeholders
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive project tracking, reporting, and communication systems using Smartsheet as our primary platform
- Bridge Technical and Business Teams: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communications for diverse audiences including executives, developers, and external partners
- Establish Program Standards: Create repeatable processes, templates, and frameworks that will scale as our organization grows

- At least 2-5 years of program or project management experience in a tech environment

- Learning agility – comfortable mastering new tools and processes independently
